OUTBUILDINGS, SAUNA HOUSES, SAUNA-GRILL-HOUSES AND SUMMER HOUSES CONUS - PUNAHONKA
Collection models outbuildings wooden houses and wooden constructions, farming houses, sauna houses, sauna-grill-houses and summer houses are objects, as already characterized by their name, usually destined to main constructions as supplementary or individual objects for relax of polar red-hearted pine or northern spruce. They contain sauna and provide enough space for relax in the circle of family or friends, as well as enough space for sleeping. These objects don’t have tradition in Slovakia so far and are usually imagined as smaller individual vacation houses or cabins. On customer’s demand we can also deliver a sauna house without sauna and then the customer will have smaller vacation house or cabin. Each construction of this type can exist also in version with required energetic parameters as family house for year-long living.
Any changes in any house type can be realized according to your requirements. It concerns not only changes in configuration solutions but also changes of all dimensions and house items: house construction type, thickness of massive house beams or other parameters of outer walls on different wall construction type, externaldimensions, internal dimensions, heights and luminosity of individual floors, number and dimensions of terraces or entrances, number and types of windows ( 2-, 3- or 4-glass ) and doors, roof shapes, horizontal or vertical house coat, etc. Their changes produce hundreds of possible combination for each house type ( and price combinations as well ) and therefore each house is manufactured individually on customer’s demand as a unique house type. That’s why there are no prices mentioned for individual models as the price differences can reach some decades of percent.
